Homecoming
Homecoming is a three day event held at
Miller in June. We are looking forward to an exciting and well
attended event in 2012 as we had in 2011. Make your plans
now to attend.
If you would like to make any
suggestions for Homecoming 2012, please let us know. Dates and
fees will be announced in the spring. We look
forward to seeing you and including you in a memorable event
that you are sure to enjoy.
Student Activities
We're pleased
to announce that a new section of our Program Committee will be
focused on student, faculty, and alumni relations. In addition
to an ice cream social and pizza party for the senior class, the
alumni are in the planning stages of more activities for the
2011-12 academic year.
Samuel Miller Award Dinner
The Samuel Miller Award dinner is an annual event held to honor
an individual who exemplifies Samuel Miller's commitment to
community and the education of young people. The dinner is
typically hosted in March.
Alumni-Senior Dinner
The Alumni-Senior Dinner is a yearly event in
honor of the graduating senior class. It is hosted and sponsored
by the Alumni Association.
Each year the Alumni Association sponsors an
essay contest for the graduating seniors. The essay topic for
2012 will be announced in early 2012.
Faculty-Staff Cookout
Due to scheduling issues there was no cookout
for 2011. This years cookout date is going to be
determined at a later date.

Homecoming for 2012 is scheduled for June 8,
9, and 10.
