Meetings are the first Saturday of each month at 10 AM Please check the website for changes as meetings may be  scheduled on another Saturday if needed. In addition to the monthly meetings, there is an annual meeting held during Homecoming weekend.
     
If you are unable to attend a meeting, you are encouraged to request copies of the meeting minutes. These can be sent to you by email or by postal mail. At this time we are unable to post meeting minutes on the website as they contain information confidential to the Association and School. In order to receive meeting minutes, please contact the Website Administrator Chris Whitehead.
     
Even if you are unable to attend meetings regularly, you're encouraged to attend when you can.

	A few years ago, the Alumni Room was relocated to the old Plumbing Shop off the Canteen Porch. The room was completely renovated by alumni volunteers.
Several plaques throughout the Alumni Room recognize Alumni that have made contributions, both financially and by volunteering.
	Historical documents, photos, and other items are on display throughout the Alumni Room.
